Return and Refund Policy

At Zeetec.store, your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

The item must have been damaged upon arrival.

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item must be in its original packaging and unused.

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at info@zeetec.store with the following:

Your order number

A clear photo or video of the damaged item

2. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

Do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Shipping Costs

If the item is confirmed to be damaged, we will cover the return shipping cost.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for non-damaged items, change of mind, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your payment provider.
