If any hardware component of your laptop malfunctions during the warranty period, we will ship only the defective part to you for free. There is no need to return the entire laptop, and you can continue using the rest of your device while waiting for the replacement.
Contact our customer support via email at info@zeetec.store or WhatsApp at +961 760 16728 with your order number and a photo of the malfunctioning part. Our team will verify the issue and arrange a free replacement shipment.
The warranty covers all hardware components included with the laptop at the time of purchase. It does not cover software issues, OS installation, or troubleshooting.
Once your request is verified, we will ship the replacement component promptly. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most shipments arrive within 7 business days.
No! Shipping for all warranty replacement components is completely free.
If more than one hardware component fails within the warranty period, contact our support for separate replacement shipments for each defective part.
